In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

The singular includes the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to "days" mean calendar days unless expressly stated otherwise.

By registering an account on pc777, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.
• You are not located in, resident of, or a national of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is unlawful.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from pc777 or any affiliated platform.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your Account.

pc777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period specified by pc777 may result in the suspension or termination of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual User is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered Account on pc777. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether in the same name, using different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where pc777 identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual, all accounts and balances (including deposited real-money funds) may be permanently suspended pending investigation.

3.2 Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your registered mobile number or email address, your password, and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered device. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pc777 will never request your password through any channel — any communication claiming otherwise should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pc777 support immediately.

You agree to notify pc777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. pc777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

KYC verification is required prior to the processing of any withdrawal request and may be required at earlier stages at pc777's discretion. 4.1 Deposits

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms and must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• One bonus per household, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotional offer multiple times through different accounts or devices constitutes fraud and will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and related winnings.

• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage.

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the pc777 platform solely for your own private entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works of any pc777 content without the prior written consent of pc777.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour review period.

10.1 Suspension by pc777

pc777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where pc777 reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) a User has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions; (b) a User has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct; (c) a User's Account is the subject of a legal or regulatory inquiry; (d) a User has provided false KYC documentation; or (e) the security of the User's Account has been compromised and immediate suspension is necessary to protect the User's balance.

10.2 Closure by the User

Users may request permanent closure of their pc777 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon verification of identity, the Account will be closed and any remaining withdrawable balance — subject to completion of KYC verification — will be returned to the User via their registered payment method. Bonus funds and any winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account for any reason, the User's licence to use the pc777 platform is immediately revoked. All pending wagers at the time of termination will be voided and stakes returned — except in cases of termination for fraud or prohibited conduct, where pc777 reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pc777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the pc777 platform, even if pc777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pc777 makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances outside pc777's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features thereof.

Gambling involves financial risk. pc777 does not guarantee any return on funds wagered. The outcome of all games and sporting events is inherently uncertain. By using pc777, you acknowledge and accept that you may lose all funds deposited. pc777 is an entertainment platform — it is not a financial investment instrument.

Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pc777's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

pc777's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the pc777 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. The version of these Terms and Conditions that governs any particular transaction is the version in effect at the time that transaction is completed.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction under which pc777 holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and pc777, you agree to first contact pc777 customer support and allow a reasonable period of not less than 30 calendar days for pc777 to investigate and resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. No legal action arising from these Terms and Conditions may be commenced more than 12 months after the date on which the cause of action arose. This limitation period applies notwithstanding any longer statutory limitation period that might otherwise apply.
